About HRC World Plc

Compact capacity, close to where it is needed.

HRC World Plc is an enterprise server co-location facility provider for digital infrastructure. It converts existing spaces in commercial and industrial buildings into air-cooled enterprise server co-location facilities of 10,000 to 20,000 sq ft, holding 300 to 1,000 racks and capped at 5 MW in commercial buildings and 10 MW in industrial ones. By reusing buildings that already stand, it adds no new construction footprint and needs no data-centre-specific water cooling. Each facility acts as an edge data centre, giving the lowest latency to nearby customers, and all of them are linked to each other and to major data centres through a multi-100G network mesh. This "many connected cells" design is more resilient than one large site and can scale up or down with demand. HRC World owns and provides the facilities, while experienced data centre operator partners run them under wholesale arrangements, which keeps the company focused and lets it grow without taking on operating complexity. Looking ahead, HRC World plans to explore research and development into distributed micro-generation of renewable energy, so that its smaller facilities can draw on local, cleaner power sources such as biogas, biomass, wind and micro-hydropower. It will also look at emerging options, including nano-nuclear reactors, where these prove technically feasible, commercially sound and acceptable to regulators. The aim is to pair compact, right-sized data capacity with compact, right-sized power generation close to where both are needed.

What we do

Convert, connect, and let specialists operate.

Reuse what already stands

We convert existing commercial and industrial buildings. No new construction footprint, and no further impact beyond what the building already carries.

Air-cooled by design

Redundant, commercial-grade air conditioning cools every facility. We use no data-centre-specific water cooling.

Many cells, one mesh

Every facility joins a multi-100G network mesh, linking it to the others and to major data centres, so no single site holds all the risk.

Why the model matters
